How
has cross-border satellite T.V. revolutionalized the media scenario in India?
Cross-border means to interchange the customs,
beliefs and social events through media.
There is a big change in media just because
of collaboration with international channels.
Modernization comes because of collaboration
and they adopt it from the different country and prefer the modernized events.
Because of this cross-border
satellite, we can watch their channels and they can also watch our channels,
they can understand our customs, beliefs also and we can introduce their
society through these channels.
For examples: there is a show named Masterchef, all the people are participate in
this show and there is no age limit for them. Children are also participating
in this show. So, we can understand through this show that all people worked
themselves and they cook themselves and most important thing is that they are
not dependent to others but they are independent.
Through Sasural Genda Ful, they watch that people belong from India are prefer to live in joint
family and through this serial they come to know the importance about the
person who lives in joint family. Through this serial, they got message like
that people of this family, they share their problems and all the people have
their place in their family and also people has its own importance in their
family.
So, these are effects of cross-border in other international
countries.
